About Me

Hi, I’m Nina — a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT®), creative educator, retreat host, and someone who deeply loves creativity, mindful living, and meaningful human connection.

Creativity has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was constantly drawing, painting, decorating, and expressing myself through art and handwriting. At the same time, movement and sports became another important part of my life, eventually leading me into a long career in fitness and teaching.

For more than 16 years, guiding and supporting people has been at the heart of my work. Over time, my path naturally evolved into a deeper journey combining creativity, mindfulness, community, movement, and personal growth.

When I discovered the Zentangle® Method in 2020, it instantly felt like everything I loved came together in one beautiful practice: art, presence, calm, creativity, and self-expression. After becoming a Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT®) in 2021, I began teaching students from around the world through online classes, workshops, retreats, and creative gatherings.

Over the years, my journey has connected me with inspiring international communities and events including ZenAgain™ by Zentangle® Inc. in the USA, Zenacity™ in Singapore, upcoming creative events in Japan and Europe, Musterquelle, and Conzentric, where I also have the joy of supporting and teaching future CZTs as a lecturer.

Since Inktober 2022, I’ve been consistently creating step-out inspired video content and creative tutorials on social media to help make patterns easier to understand and more approachable for students and the creative community. Through teaching, I realized how much it helps people to actually see the drawing process unfold step by step — something that has now become an important part of my creative work and contribution to the community.

Beyond creativity and teaching, horses and nature have always been a place of calm and grounding for me — a reminder that creativity and growth do not always have to come from pressure or performance, but can also grow through presence, connection, and joy.

My work today goes far beyond teaching techniques. I love creating experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, explore their creativity, and experience moments of calm, inspiration, and joy.

Whether through art, mindful practices, retreats, creative tools, or community experiences, my intention is always the same:
to create spaces where people feel inspired, grounded, connected, and creatively alive.

I’m so grateful you’re here and excited to share this journey with you.

With love,
Nina 🤍
