Retreat Schedule (The Retreat Will Be Held In English)

Friday, April 17

Arrival & Check-in from 3 PM (for in-person attendees), followed by a warm welcome session for everybody and shared dinner to open the retreat (for in-person attendees).

Saturday, April 18
A full creative day: four inspiring workshop sessions, breaks to recharge. For in-person attendees: a guided city tour of Zons, and a festive group dinner in the evening.

Sunday, April 19
Two morning sessions and a closing session with a reflective gathering. For in-person attendees: lunch together and a free afternoon to explore or simply relax.

Global shipping costs and customs fees have increased significantly and remain unpredictable. To keep this option accessible, you can still join us online and we will provide you with a complete list of the materials you’ll need – so you won’t miss out on the experience.

Recordings for All Participants

All retreat sessions will be recorded and made available as Video on Demand for one full calendar year after the retreat – so you can revisit the practices and teachings anytime.

Payment Options for All Plans
No matter which experience you choose – In-Person, Online Premium with Kit, or Online without Kit – you’ll have the flexibility of either a one-time payment or a payment plan.

Terms & conditions

2. Scope of Services
The Zentangle® Event in Zons consists of a creative workshop with guided
instructions that can be joined from Friday to Sunday on-site in Zons or online. 

The participation fee includes:

  • For in-person attendees: all workshop materials, handouts, beverages, snacks, lunch and two dinners.
  • For premium online participants the live streaming and the event-kit (EU shipping only).
  • For online participants the live streaming
  • One year access for every attendee to the retreat recording after event through my Thinkific page.

Hotel accommodation must be booked and paid separately.

3. Registration & Contract Conclusion
Registration is binding once confirmed by the organizer via email or booking system. By registering, the participant accepts these Terms & Conditions.

4. Fees & Payment
Participation fees are stated on the event page. Fees must be paid in advance. For your booking, we offer two convenient payment options:

  • One-Time Payment

  • Installment Plan

You are free to choose the option that best suits you. Please refer to the the Pricing & Booking section for details.

5. Cancellation & Withdrawal

  • Cancellations up to December 30th, 2025: full refund
  • Later cancellations or no-shows: no refund
  • Participants may provide a replacement attendee at no extra cost.
    If the organizer cancels (e.g., illness, force majeure), the full fee will be refunded.

6. Liability
Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

7. Copyright & Materials
All workshop materials, handouts, and creative exercises are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Photos & Media
The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. If participants do not wish to appear, they must inform the organizer in advance.

9. Data Protection

10. Final Provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Dormagen, unless otherwise required by law.
